We do not have a specific check-in time or check-out time! More flexibility for your trip! 

Our rates are per calendar day. This allows you to drop off and pick up at any time for that day! Drop off and pickup hours are scheduled in advance anytime between 8am + 8pm. Scheduled times need to be made in 48 hours in advance of your scheduled trip 

Due to high demand, we require a 2 consecutive calendar day minimum.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate one day stays (example, drop off and pickup on same day).

National Holiday bookings will require a minimum of 3 consecutive calendar days. Holidays include (but not limited to): Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years 

• In order to stay at Dog Days Pet Hotel, all dogs must be up to date on vaccinations including:

  • Rabies, Bordatella, and Distemper/Parvo

  • A copy of the vaccine record must be on file upon check-in per Department of Agriculture requirements and Dog Days Pet Hotel must have it prior to scheduled drop off.

• All puppies must be at least 16 weeks of age and have received their third booster set of vaccinations: Rabies, DAPP (3 rounds of Distemper), & Bordetella .

• All dogs must be free of fleas, ticks and any contagious diseases

• Dogs must be people and animal friendly.

• 25% deposit required to secure dates during non-peak season

• 50% deposit required to secure dates during peak season

  • Peak season:

    • Memorial Day through Labor Day

    • Thanksgiving week/weekend

    • Christmas through New Years

We require a deposit of 25% to secure dates during non-peak season and 50% during peak season.

Because we operate on a limited, small-scale basis, each reservation is held specifically for your dog ,  and once those dates are booked, they are no longer available to other families.

The remaining balance is due 4 days before the scheduled drop off date. 

Deposits are applied toward your total stay for those specific dates and are required to secure each reservation.

Deposits are fully refundable if a 14 day notice is given prior to the first day of scheduled reservation.

We reserve the right to include additional fees for holidays and peak season stays or cancelled reservations. We accept peak season/holiday season reservations in advance, with a 50% deposit to hold any dates. Peak Season and holiday bookings will require a minimum of a 3 consecutive calendar day stay.

Unfortunately, we do not offer tours. Since we always have dogs in our care, it can be challenging to arrange tours while maintaining a calm and safe environment for our furry guests. 

Keeping visits limited helps us maintain a calm, stress-free environment for the dogs. That said, we want you to feel confident! We’re happy to provide photos and videos of our play yard, rooms, and you can also check out our Facebook page and client reviews with photos. This way, you can see where your pup will be staying without disrupting the pack’s routine.

Don't worry about bringing bowls from home—we have plenty of food and water dishes available for your dog. Please bring your dogs food, labeled in an air tight container. We provide cot style beds but feel free to bring personal items such as blankets, toys, or other belongings to make their room feel more like home.

Absolutely! We send photos and updates daily! On average, I send 8-10 updates throughout the day. I make sure to keep you updated throughout their stay. 

No problem! We can administer meds as long as you bring medication in the vet prescribed bottle. No extra charge for administering medication.
